Welcome to ParentSquare!

We are excited to launch ParentSquare, our new district-wide communication hub starting September 8. Whether it’s classroom/school/district news, event reminders, schedule changes, or forms, ParentSquare keeps all district, school, and classroom updates in one central place.

Why Use ParentSquare?

  • All-in-One Access: View news, calendars, sign-ups, and forms from your phone or computer.
  • Two-Way Communication: Easily reply directly to messages from school staff.
  • Language Preference: Receive messages and translate communication into your preferred language automatically.
  • Custom Notifications: Choose how and when you receive updates (Instant or Daily Digest).

How to Get Started

  1. Download or Log In: Get the free ParentSquare app (iOS/Android) or visit https://www.parentsquare.com/signin/. 
  2. Sign In: Use the email address registered with the district in PowerSchool. (Accounts are automatically created for custodial parents based on PowerSchool data.)
  3. Verify Account: Enter the verification code sent to your email to confirm your account and link your student(s).

Need Help? If ParentSquare does not recognize your email or phone number, contact your school office to update your contact information.

Setting Up Your Notification Preferences

Customize how you receive non-urgent posts (Instant vs. Daily Digest) and direct messages:

  1. Click your name (top right) and Manage Account
  1. Tap the menu icon (≡) Account.
  1. Click Notification Settings
  1. Tap Notifications.
  1. Choose Instant, Digest, or Off for Posts and Direct Messages.
  1. Toggle options for School Alerts, Direct Messages, and Posts.
  • Instant: Receive notifications as soon as a message or post is published.
  • Digest: Receive a single summary notification in the evening with all of that day’s posts.
  • Urgent Alerts: Critical notices and attendance alerts will always override "Off" settings to ensure safety.
